The Trustworthy AI Summit poster session presents an opportunity to publish late-breaking results, technical descriptions, smaller research contributions, work-in-progress and student projects in a concise and visible format. Accepted posters will be displayed in the Summit venue, providing presenters with an opportunity to engage in discussion with an expert audience of scientists and engineers from The European Trustworthy AI Foundation, its partners and other interested parties.

Posters can cover preliminary or exploratory work within the scope of trustworthy AI, or present any other research that would generate discussion and benefit from this summit.

Submission Instructions

• Poster submissions should be in a paper of no more than 2 pages starting with a title, authors list and 4-line abstract for the conference programme.
• The paper should be sent as a PDF document to contact@trustworthy-ai-summit.eu
• Submissions will be reviewed by the program committee composed of members of the European Trustworthy AI Foundation.

Information for Authors

• Authors of accepted posters are required to print their own poster and bring it to the Summit venue. Accepted posters will be provided with an A0 (841 x 1189 mm) display area.
• The poster presenter must be registered for the Summit, and must fill out the poster session authorization form, which will be provided in the acceptance email.
• Accepted poster titles, author names and affiliations, and abstracts will be distributed to all attendees.
• 2-page extended abstracts of accepted posters will be included in the proceedings published on the Confiance.ai collection in the HAL open publishing archive.
